The exercise experts of TVF are made of different material to the standard ‘cardboard cut-out’ fitness trainers. We don’t believe in standing back and watching you work. TVF wants to be involved…Not behind, or in front, but right by your side. From sweat to sweetness, together we become partners in improving your lifestyle. Education and understanding is a big part of Total Vision Fitness. We not only get you in peak physical condition but, also teach you to better understand and take control of the crucial factors which may well be affecting your personal success.
Much of this control comes with not only maintaining a healthy body, but a healthy mind also. We firmly believe in complete health of both mind and body and that it is difficult to maintain one in 1 absence of the other. However, this does not mean that TVF is just another ‘spiritual’ sect. Keeping a balanced, relaxed and positive constitution allows you to maintain this active future and get more out as you put more in.

Our Solution: Outdoor Health and Fitness program
This is a ten-week introductory exercise program designed specifically YOUR team. Each individual will be asked to invest time into their health, where attendance consistency is the key. The participants will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves to regular outdoor exercise sessions, managing work related stress and become more educated about their health, by implementing tips and tools forming healthy lifestyle habits. During the program each potential TVF member will improve their cardiovascular ability, strength, speed and agility, techniques, functional exercises and improve flexibility with Pilate’s exercises.
Basically, the sessions can be tailored to suit your team’s requirements such as time, duration and frequency of training each week. Some outdoor training can also be tailored as far as the type of exercises or type of training you would like to do. Usually however, the teams just want to improve their overall strength and fitness which involves completing various exercises that are effective yet always different and challenging (if you want them to be).
